Very happy to have my rock n roll circus kids fashion shoot featured in the new issue of Babiekins Magazine (issue 15, page 58 onwards)
Shot on 28th September in Epping Forest in East London, it was one of the last days of amazing late-summer sunshine. We headed out late in the afternoon to catch the magical warm light, with a pop-up changing booth and laden with props, clothes and camera kit, being careful to avoid angry geese and watching out for dog poo! Well, it is Epping Forest!
Models, Lily-Summer and Nevin, from Bonnie & Betty Agency were amazing to work with. Great fun and perfect for the theme of the shoot. Lily-Summer's amazing long, wavy hair and Nevin's beatnik fringe looked great!
The theme of the shoot was vintage rock n roll styling mixed with animal prints, circus and gypsy looks and woodland animals. I'm a bit music obsessed and there's definitely a rock n roll theme to the shoot, with a nod towards Fleetwood Mac, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and The Ramones (check out Nevin's guy-liner!).
